Privacy Policy

ETHICALYZE LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides marketing services, digital services, and IT support. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and retain personal information through our website, communications, and services.

Last updated: July 01, 2026

1. Information We Collect

We collect personal information directly from you, automatically through website and email technologies, and from customers who provide information necessary for us to perform contracted services.

Depending on your interactions with us, this includes:

  • Contact information: Your name, email address, telephone number, company, and other details you provide.
  • Communications: Contact form submissions, emails, service inquiries, and support correspondence.
  • Subscription information: Newsletter registration details and communication preferences.
  • Technical and usage information: IP addresses, browser and device details, online identifiers, pages visited, referral sources, and website interactions.
  • Marketing engagement: Advertising interactions, email opens, and link clicks.
  • Service information: Files, screenshots, diagnostic information, and other information you provide or authorize us to access when delivering services.

Please do not submit passwords, government identification numbers, payment card details, health information, or other sensitive information through ordinary contact forms or email. If sensitive information is necessary for a service, contact us to arrange an appropriate transfer method.

2. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and communicate with you.
  • Provide marketing services, digital services, and IT support.
  • Manage customer relationships and service requests.
  • Deliver newsletters and manage communication preferences.
  • Analyze website usage and marketing engagement.
  • Measure and improve advertising performance.
  • Protect our systems, prevent misuse, and meet legal obligations.

3. Information Processed for Customers

When a customer authorizes us to access personal information in connection with a service, we process that information according to the applicable service agreement and the customer’s instructions.

We do not use personal information entrusted to us solely for performing customer services for our own advertising.

If your information is held in a customer’s systems and we process it on that customer’s behalf, please direct privacy requests to that customer. We will assist the customer as required by our agreement and applicable law.

Information we maintain for our own customer administration and communications remains subject to this Privacy Policy.

4. How We Disclose Information

We disclose relevant information to providers supporting website hosting, communications, newsletter delivery, security, analytics, and advertising.

We use services from Google, Meta, and LinkedIn for analytics and marketing. Depending on the services enabled and your choices, these providers may receive online identifiers, device information, browsing activity, and advertising interaction data.

Advertising partners may collect information about activity over time and across different websites and services. Their independent processing is described in their privacy policies:

Disclosures to advertising partners may qualify as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under applicable state privacy laws, even without a monetary payment. The choices below allow you to disable these advertising disclosures.

We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

5. Cookies, Advertising, and Privacy Signals

Essential technologies operate as needed to provide requested website functions. Optional analytics and advertising tracking remain disabled until you enable the relevant categories through our cookie settings.

You can change your choices at any time through the Privacy Choices link in our website footer. Selecting Reject optional cookies disables optional analytics and advertising tracking.

We recognize Global Privacy Control (GPC) as a request to opt out of sale, sharing, and targeted advertising for the browser sending the signal. We do not separately respond to legacy Do Not Track (DNT) signals.

Browser-based choices generally apply to the browser and device you use. You may need to repeat your choices on other devices or after clearing browser storage. Withdrawing permission does not reverse processing that occurred before withdrawal.

6. Newsletters and Email Tracking

Marketing emails may use tracking pixels and tracked links to measure opens and clicks. Email privacy features may affect the accuracy of these measurements.

You can unsubscribe through the link included in each marketing email or by emailing info@ethicalyze.com. We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.

You may also contact us to disable engagement tracking for future marketing emails sent to your address. Blocking remote images may limit open tracking but may not prevent link tracking.

Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent necessary communications about requested services or an existing customer relationship.

7. Retention and Deletion

We apply the following periods to personal information under our control:

Aggregated information that does not identify individuals may be retained longer. Providers processing information independently may apply their own retention periods. Cookie expiration periods may differ from the retention periods of information collected through them.

8. Security and Processing Locations

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information involved, including access restrictions, secure transfer methods, and limited access for personnel and providers who need it.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
